Service Description
The service consists of cleaning the place after each check-out at £59/session, and eventually the linens charge is £12.25 when the cleaner brings the linens off site.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please get in touch with us 24 hours in advance or no later than 2 hours before the cleaning starts if you cancel when the cleaner is on your doorstep, we might charge you £36 for late cancellation. PAYMENTS: A deposit of £36 is to pay before the cleaning day to ascertain that the customer is genuine and can afford the service. The deposit is refundable if you cancel before the cleaner reaches your doorstep. All remaining balance is due immediately after the cleaning is completed. The cleaner may require proof of payment before departure.
