Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring prompt and helpful communication.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer issues in a friendly and professional manner, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team when necessary.
Assist in managing the company’s social media accounts to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry and updating customer records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Available to attend meetings in the Halifax office.
Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven customer service experience is preferred.
